About us

We are Melissa Neary & Niki Littlejohn; a holiday accommodation management team in Omokoroa.

Between us we have a combined experience of 20 years of property management.  We are committed to providing you with a professional and high level of service as we introduce our services locally within Omokoroa and surrounding areas from Katikati to Bethlehem.  

Melissa has 12 years experience as a Property Manager, Sales Consultant, and Business Owner;  responsible for looking after a large clientele base throughout New Zealand, bringing in new clients and building up existing ones. She was predominantly based at Bayleys as a team member at the Auckland Viaduct office, servicing the Eastern Bay and CBD.  

Melissa worked hard for her clients to achieve excellent results for them and paid attention to detail, put people at ease, worked well in a team and enjoyed meeting people.   She will be bringing you the best possible service and recognise that everyone has different needs.  She has lived in Omokoroa for 6 years and is passionate about the Bay of Plenty.

Niki has owned and operated a luxury three bedroom waterfront apartment in Gulf Harbour, Auckland for 8 years.   She has experience screening guests, the booking process and generating invoices plus ensuring the property is presented to a high expectation.  The apartment had a guest rating of 5 stars. She moved to the Omokoroa area 5 years ago with her family and loves the BOP lifestyle.

FAQs

What are the first steps?

We like to get a feel for your house and answer any questions you may have about us. Once we have met you and you’re happy to proceed we will get one of our friendly staff over to take some photos and take some important info such as the Wi-Fi password etc. and a few signatures later you’re good to go.

Am I tied into a contract when I sign up?

No absolutely not, it is a rolling contract so you can leave any time just give us 1 month's notice unless we have a booking to your property that requires honouring.

Where about in Western Bay of Plenty do you operate?

We currently operate in Omokoroa and surrounding areas from Kati Kati to Bethlehem, however if your property is on the border we may be able to accept it, just ask.

I am worried - what if guests damage my property?

The safety of your property is exceptionally important to us and we take this very seriously.   We can organise a bond for your property for your peace of mind. We request you inform your insurance provider and if neccessary take out the relevant house insurance policy to cover your home.
